At Eternal Balance Life Center we educate, instruct, and perform exercises and healing
methods that enhance an individual’s fitness using various massage, physical exercise and
energy services. These methods lead to relaxation, comfort, and awareness of mind, body and
spirit. Programs include general overall life-fitness as well as specific techniques. General
methods focus on issues such as back pain, relaxation, and everyday ailments. Specific
programs focus on aliments like rotator cuffs and pelvic stabilization.
Our instructors are schooled and experienced in various techniques that utilize pressure,
stretching, and other methods to improve and maintain muscle function and performance.
These include Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Myofasical release and structural
Balancing, Shiatsu, Trigger Point/Neuromuscular Therapy and many more.
There are two basic reasons to use Massage and Energy work:
One is therapeutic. We will analyze and perform techniques to help with ailments and
conditions we all experience in our lives, such as: back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, pelvic
and hip stabilization, shoulder problems, headaches, and many other ailments.
The other basic reason to utilize massage and energy work is for relaxation and stress relief.
These same techniques are used by our therapists to provide relief and relaxation to everyday
stresses and tension in our bodies. Tension of stress of work, relationship, culture and life
styles can bring on unwanted physical and emotional conditions. Massage and energy work
provides additional blood flow and nutrients to the body, which brings stress relief and well
being.
